Summary
- Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League offers a variety of cosmetic items for players to customize their Task Force X characters.
- The outfits include both designs from the comics and original designs by Rocksteady, giving players plenty of options to collect and personalize their looks.
- While some outfits are exclusive to special editions or pre-orders, Rocksteady has indicated that all outfits will eventually be available for purchase in the in-game store.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has several cosmetic items for players to customize their Task Force X however they want. The four main playable characters, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and King Shark each have looks that can be unlocked through the main story, Riddler challenges, as part of special editions of the game, and as purchases in the in-game store.
While these cosmetics don't change the gameplay or provide any additional perks, some of these outfits are pulled directly from the comics, and others are more original designs by Rocksteady or homages to their looks in other media, giving players plenty of reason to try to collect them. Players don't have to stick to these default looks in some cases, however, and can make their own variants by swapping masks, costumes, and color swatches for a look that best suits them.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's Deluxe Edition included a "Justice Losers" outfit pack, which sees Task Force X each sporting a Justice League-inspired look. This includes a Wonder Woman outfit for Harley Quinn, named "Wonder Quinn". Upon meeting her in the game, Harley is openly star-struck by Wonder Woman - who is the only Justice League member immune to Brainiac - and flirts with her often, and these interactions are far more amusing when she is wearing a Wonder Woman outfit to make her seem like an even bigger fan.

King Shark's "Armor of the Old Gods" look is one of his best, both in its default navy blue color, or with the "Ice Cold" black color swatch equipped. Seeing the character wearing body armor from his ancient Shark God ancestors is a good way to remind players of his Godly origins and looks impressive in combat. The "Incognito" mask does bring this overall look down slightly due to King Shark's facial structure and where his eyes are positioned, but fortunately, that's removable. This suit is available via Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's in-game store.

A Superman outfit for King Shark, named "Supershark", was included in the "Justice Losers" pack as part of the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's Deluxe Edition. Superman is depicted as being a larger, statuesque figure, but the Man of Steel's costume is ripped and torn from where King Shark tried to put it on, further showing the impressive scale of King Shark compared to humans.

While every member of Task Force X unlocks a "Fugitive" outfit by default at the start of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's campaign, as it's essentially their prisoner outfit, Deadshot's Fugitive suit has one of the coolest variants, and is a must for horror fans in particular. Completing the Riddler AR Challenge "Looking to the Stars", players can unlock the "Model Prisoner" outfit, and the barbed-wire-covered "Sharp Shooter" mask.
The whole horror aesthetic fits the Arkham Inmate vibes extremely naturally, especially when paired with the the grey and white "Prison Stripes" color swatch. The black and red "Urban Camo" color swatch stays in keeping with the horror mood, but also adds some more of Deadshot's classic costume pallet back into the mix.

Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and Captain Boomerang's default Task Force X looks are very clearly inspired by the looks featured in the 2016 Suicide Squad movie. This redesign with Captain Boomerang's beanie hat and long coat is definitely one of his cooler looks, however, especially when swapping out the default brown coat for a blue color swatch to pay more homage to the character's classic comic book palette.

Having mentioned Captain Boomerang's cooler modern-day redesign, Rocksteady has done a brilliant job of recreating his classic comic book look from his first appearance in The Flash #117 (1960). It may be exceptionally goofy and looks like he is wearing pajamas, but this only makes some of the character's more absurd antics throughout the game more entertaining to watch.

One of the "Justice Losers" looks included in the Deluxe Edition of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is Deadshot's "Gun-Bat" outfit. This is essentially a batsuit that's been spray-painted to match Deadshot's default black and red look. When wearing the cowl, it's satisfying to play around in the Arkhamverse while looking more like Batman again, and even with the cowl off, the rest of the suit looks like a sleek, functional design for the master assassin.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's endgame revelations have led some to question whether the game is canon to the rest of the Arkhamverse.

One of Harley Quinn's "Task Force X" outfit variants is designed to better match her more recent red and blue Suicide Squad outfit from the comics. One color swatch, however, brings it closer to her outfit in the Batman: Arkham games, especially when paired with the "So Five Years Ago" hairstyle. It's a shame there isn't a red & black color swatch for this suit yet to make it resemble Harley's Batman: Arkham Knight appearance - several color swatches are blanked out with a "purchase in-store" message, but are yet to become available - but the black & white one with slight red highlighting is pretty close for those nostalgic for the early Arkhamverse and her look in Batman: Arkham Asylum.

A version of Deadshot's classic suit from his first comic book appearance in Batman #59 (1950) called "World's Finest" was included as a pre-order bonus for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and another classic suit variant can be purchased as part of the "Strange Apparitions" pack via the in-game store. Both of these classic looks have a bright red and yellow palette that while faithful, can come across as being somewhat goofy when put on the more gritty and serious version of Deadshot in the game, the Ice Cold color swatch transforms this into an all-black stealth suit that's perfect for an assassin like Deadshot.
While currently, some of the Suicide Squad Classic costumes are only available as pre-order exclusives, Rocksteady has implied that all outfits will be available for players at some point, so these may become available for purchase through the in-game store at a later date.

Much like Deadshot, Harley has two similar classic suits. The first, called "Ruff and Tumble" is based on her first appearance in Batman: The Animated Series and her comic debut in The Batman Adventures #12 (1993). The second, called "Harlecchino", can be purchased at any time from the in-game store and doesn't have too many differences, sporting longer, ruffle-less white gloves and a collar that sticks out in all directions instead. For fans nostalgic for Harley Quinn's popular original design, these outfits are definitely worth donning in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
Set in the Arkham game universe, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an action third-person shooter live-service game from the developers at Rocksteady. Players will choose from one of four in the Suicide Squad, headed by Amanda Waller, as they're forced to take on their most difficult challenge yet - to face a corrupted slate of the world's greatest heroes, including the Flash, Batman, and Superman. The game allows for teams of up to four players as characters collect gear to improve their chances of survival.
