After unveiling Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. In the trailer, fans get to see Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark bicker among themselves before engaging foes in frantic, fast-paced combat. The voice actors sell the characters really well, and some fans were quick to notice that King Shark's voice sounded oddly familiar.

Seen early in the trailer, King Shark is busy popping Batman balloons and chastising Deadshot for missing enemies. Moments later, he's gunning down zombie-like monsters one by one — and appears to be having a blast. The trailer is a frenetic blend of laughs and madcap action, and it'll be interesting to see how the Suicide Squad fares against the Justice League.

Fans quickly scrambled to try to find out who voiced the of the Suicide Squad, and it didn't take long for them to find out. However, King Shark's voice actor may be the most surprising of them all. As it turns out, King Shark is voiced by Nuufolau Joel Seanoa, although wrestling fans may recognize him by his ring name: Samoa Joe.

King Shark Is Voiced By WWE's Samoa Joe

Over the years, Samoa Joe has held many wrestling titles and been featured in several WWE video games. More recently, Samoa Joe has been featured as a commentator on Raw, which is why his voice may seem so familiar to people watching the trailer. Some fans have also noticed he voiced The Beast in Telltale's Game of Thrones serieswhich means voicing King Shark in Suicide Squad won't be his first video game voice-acting role.

From the trailer, it seems like Samoa Joe and everyone else is doing a fantastic job with bringing these characters to life. This also means King Shark is currently voiced by three separate actors, since Steve Agnee is voicing the character in the James Gunn movie, and comedian Ron Funches voices the character on the animated Harley Quinn TV show.

Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League won't release until 2022, which means Samoa Joe's version of King Shark may be a little scarce until then. In the meantime, fans can listen to his commentary on Raw. Hopefully, we'll see (and hear) more of King Shark soon.
