Expect to see many familiar DC faces in the Superman & Lois season 4, with multiple long-time main cast being cut and brought back for a limited number of episodes.

After he didn't turn up in the season's first episodes, ScreenRant recently chatted with Wolé Parks for The Lincoln Lawyer season 3 and got some intriguing tidbits about when Superman & Lois' John Henry Irons, a.k.a. Steel, will be back for the final season. Not only will Steel be back in Superman & Lois season 4 episode 3, airing Monday, October 14, but Parks also shared that the audience can look forward to seeing the whole cast back for episode 10, which will serve as the series finale, as he stated the following:

Wole Parks: I know John Henry was stuck in traffic, I guess. I don't know. But I promise that he's going to be back. I'll be back in episode 3. I've got to give the writers and producers a lot of credit. We had a lot of budget constraints, but the cool thing is I think they did a really, really good job based on what we had to do. But everyone's going to see everybody in episode 10. Everyone's in episode 10. I don't think that's a spoiler. But it's going to be a lot of fun.

What Wole Parks' Superman & Lois Comments Mean For The Show's Finale

Even though the Superman & Lois series finale will obviously put a primary focus on the Lane-Kent family, it's still crucial that the other characters who have been involved since the start get proper endings, too. As seen in Superman & Lois season 4, episode 2, it's not like all the characters who appeared for special appearances are simply gone from Smallville. However, whenever one of the affected cast is back for an episode, it serves a purpose to the overall story, especially after Superman's tragic death.

How the remaining episodes will set up some of these characters' return in the Superman & Lois series finale remains to be seen, but it feels like Parks' comments hint at a significant event episode to close things out. It definitely appears that the Superman & Lois series finale will deliver on some sort of in-universe justie for the affected cast . It also wouldn't be shocking if The CW ended up airing Superman & Lois season 4, episodes 9 and 10 back-to-back on the same night, to make the series finale a special event.

As disappointing as it was to see the Superman & Lois season 4 cast being trimmed down, it will be good to see all the characters that viewers have spent time with for the last four seasons be back for the series finale. Despite how complicated it is to have only ten episodes for Superman & Lois' final season, it definitely sounds like the writers will give a satisfying conclusion for the ensemble. To find out how everyone fits into the Superman & Lois series finale, fans will have to keep tuning on Mondays at 8/7c on The CW.

The Lincoln Lawyer season 3 premieres on Netflix on Thursday, October 17.
