Marvel's Superman, as the Man of Steel. However, besides being forces in their respective universes, the two heroes share a similar power: super-breath.

got serious power too, as he is also super strong and with his trusted hammer Mjolnir, he can fly in his own special way. One power that Thor shares with Superman that fans might not be familiar with is the fact, like Kal-El, Thor once had super-breath, but even Marvel forgot about it.

Journey Into Mystery #86 (1962) by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, Jack Kirby, Dick Ayers, and Artie Simek, tells the story of a scientist named Zarrko from the future who is unhappy to see that humanity is completely peaceful. Zarrko wants to conquer his Utopian society and builds a time machine to go back to the early 1960s so that he can steal nuclear bombs. After Zarko successfully steals a 'C-bomb' and returning the future, Thor travels through time (with the help of Odin) to stop the mad scientist. After running into a trap by Zarko, Thor confronts him. Zarko pulls out a "delta-electron gun" in an effort to send Thor to another dimension. Thor deflects the blast of the gun with his own "great breath."

Thor Superbreath

Thor's "great breath" helps him in his quest to ultimately stop Zarrko from dropping a bomb on humanity. Although, the superpower has never really revisited by Marvel. In the Golden Age of comics, there were a lot of powers given to heroes just for the sake of convenience.  Superman's "Super-Mathematics?" Thor's super-breath might not have had the same freezing effect as Superman's super-breath, but it did pack the same punch, as it gave Thor the ability to generate a massive gust of air. Thankfully, in this story, it helped him track down the villain before he could drop bombs in his efforts to conquer the world. Who knows? Maybe, one day Thor's super-breath will be revisited - but, considering it's been more than half a century since it first appeared, you shouldn't hold your breath.
