Honestly, Survivor winners should be regarded as superheroes. They outwit, outplay, and outlast their fellow competitors with strengths unlike any other. Their ability to make it 39 days on an island, completely isolated from reality, and make it out on the other side as millionaires is astounding.

'Old School' Survivor players are those who originally participated in Seasons 1-20. These players were a part of the game before a million different twists were added and way before talking at tribal council was allowed. These winners could very well form their own Avengers squad.

Bob Crowley & Groot

Bob Crowley in Survivor/Baby Groot with a detonator

Bob won Survivor: Gabon in a 4-3-0 vote over Susie Smith and Sugar Kiper. Bob was a physics teacher who was beloved by his fellow tribemates and known as the man with the bow-tie.

Groot grows through several different life stages throughout his MCU journey, and like Bob, he is loved and cared for by his team. The two of them are often underestimated and would be loyal alliance . Taking Bob and Groot to the end of the game would be a mistake, as they would absolutely beat their competitors due to their kind energy and wholesome spirit.

Ethan Zohn & The Hulk

Ethan Zohn Survivor/The Hulk from MCU

Ethan was just a curly-haired kid from NYC when he defeated Kim Johnson in Survivor: Africa back in 2001. Since then, he's beaten cancer and become a survivor in every sense of the word. His sweet-natured gameplay and brilliant strategy led him to victory back then, and his never-give-up spirit has kept him going today.

The Hulk is a scientific mastermind in his own right and transforms into a different being when unleashing his superpowers. Ethan and Hulk are insanely strong on both the inside and the outside and are good friends to have on your team -- or alliance.

Yul Kwon & Doctor Strange

When Yul Kwon won Survivor: Cook Islands, it was the first time the show had used the final three format, and he became the first survivor to win over two other finalists. Yul was a strategic mastermind, finding an idol early on during a stay on Exile Island and making alliances that, despite being an underdog, led him to ultimate victory.

Doctor Strange and Yul are both extremely analytical, devising plans that will undoubtedly lead them to success. Their intelligence is unmatched and their laid-back approach to leadership allows for their enemies to self-implode, while they sit and reap the rewards.

Todd Herzog & Ant-Man

Todd Herzog in Survivor/Ant-Man in the MCU, both staring off to the side

Todd Herzog's flight attendant energy made him a good confidant in Season 15, Survivor: China. Todd was good at forming relationships with everyone and making viewers laugh when he revealed his true intentions and plan to get to the end.

Much like Scott Lang aka Ant-Man, who, despite being the smallest Avenger, is definitely the funniest and one with a slightly devious personality. Ant-Man made his movies less serious and funnier, and Todd made the harsh conditions during Survivor: China seem as though they could be mended by his sense of humor.

Tyson Apostol & Loki

Tyson won a new school season (Survivor: Blood vs Water) but originally played during Season 18, making him an old-schooler at heart. His confidence and athleticism were his initial strengths, but what really sold viewers on him was his raw honesty when it came to confessionals, often dissing other contestants and having witty one-liners that always landed.

Loki is literally the God of Mischief, and that's all that Tyson cooked up during all four times he was on the island. Loki and Tyson's energy matches perfectly, both being somewhat heroic villains that the audience cannot help but root for.

JT Thomas & Captain America

JT Thomas smiles/Captain America sitting and facing the camera

Survivor's first unanimous winner, JT Thomas, was regarded as America's sweetheart when he played on Survivor: Tocantins and Heroes vs Villains. The country boy from Alabama never received a vote against him during his first go-round and was half of one of the strongest alliances the show had ever seen.

JT is the Captain America of Survivor history, a true hero, and someone who represents goodness. Voting for JT to win was like voting for yourself and he represented the American Dream, much like the Avengers' frontman. Cap and JT both ooze charm, it's impossible not to fall a little bit in love with either of them.

Amber Brkich Mariano & Pepper Potts

Amber won Season 8, Survivor's first all-star season. She also met her future husband on the show and defeated him in a 4-3 victory during Final Tribal Council.

Just like she beat Rob out for the million dollars.

Sandra Diaz-Twine & Rocket

Sandra Diaz-Twine looking angry/Rocket smirks with a gun

Sandra Diaz-Twine, the first 2-time Survivor winner, is self-described as the 'queen' of Survivor, and rightfully so. Sandra was able to win the game twice because of her 'anyone but me' mentality, and not making enemies along the way like her competitors.

Guardians of The Galaxy's Rocket says whatever is on his mind whenever it comes to him. Sandra and Rocket are both inherently selfish, yet keep their alliances strong (Sandra with Courtney and Sandra sit-out bench.

'Boston' Rob Mariano & Iron Man

'Boston' Rob Mariano celebrates with his arms out/Tony Stark uss one of his inventions on his head

The Robfather, as some call him, is Tony Stark. When one thinks of Survivor, it's impossible for Boston Rob not to come to mind. Rob demonstrated strict loyalty for those he loved, and at times had more enemies than friends in the game.

Iron Man was the foundation of The Avengers, and his brilliance led them to succeed more than once. Like Rob, his arrogance sometimes got the best of him and he had to be tamed in order to work well with a team. Iron Man and Rob's strength and willpower are incredible, and because of that, they've both come back to play even after saying they were done for good.

Parvati Shallow & Black Widow

Parvati Shallow smiles/Black Widow does the superhero pose

In Season 16, Survivor: Fan vs. Favorites, Parvati led a group of women she called the 'Black Widow Brigade' to the final four after blindsiding and breaking the heart of tribemate Erik Reichenbach. Parvati was effortlessly good at the game, using her boxing background to win challenges and flirtation to win over alliance .

Black Widow was on the opposing side of Iron Man during Civil War and then later settled their differences, much like Parvati fought against Boston Rob on Heroes vs. Villains before they reconnected on Winners at War. Additionally, Black Widow was a former Russian spy, and Parvati wasn't much different. She easily played her competitors by getting information from the opposing side with the bat of an eyelash and falsely made them believe she could be trusted.
