Synopsis
Frankenweenie is a 2012 stop-motion animated remake of Tim Burton's eponymous 1984 short film. It tells the story of young scientist Victor Frankenstein, who brings his dog Sparky back to life and tries to stop his experiment from wreaking havoc across his town.

'Frankenweenie 3D' Review
8/10
Frankenweenie is a welcome return to form for Burton, and is bonafide good time at the movies for the old, young, and everybody in between.

It's a shame that Burton initially lost his Disney career over the short version of this movie, because Frankenweenie is fantastic. The film is a feast for the eyes, with a distinctive animated style and coloring.
