Synopsis
Persuasion is an American romantic drama based on the Jane Austin book of the same name. Dakota Johnson and Cosmo Jarvis play the leads, with the likes of Richard E. Grant, Ben Bailey, and Nikki Amuka-Bird ing. The movie received mixed reviews when it was released on Netflix in July of 2022, with some critics unhappy with the way that the source material had been modernized.
