Scrooged is a Christmas comedy film by director Richard Donner, released in 1988. In this modernized take on Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol, Bill Murray stars as a narcissistic and selfish television executive named Frank Cross, who looks to put on a big-budget Christmas show for his network while trampling anyone in his way.
