Synopsis
Secretariat (2010) is a biographical sports drama directed by Randall Wallace, chronicling the true story of the famous racehorse and his owner, Penny Chenery, portrayed by Diane Lane. The film details Chenery's journey in the male-dominated horseracing industry, leading her horse, Secretariat, to win the Triple Crown in 1973. John Malkovich co-stars as Secretariat's trainer, Lucien Laurin.
