  • It wasn't EXACTLY shot on an iPhone in the conventional sense, but the cinematic achievement is still notable. I love Sean Baker, and this film further solidified that. It takes ona challenging subject well.

This isn't a feel-good film, though it has its funny moments; Tangerine goes through a lot of hard, degrading stuff in the course of this movie. But nevertheless, she persists.

Synopsis
