The Purge: Anarchy is a great horror movie that is deeply character-driven rather than focusing on the franchise's wider concept. The narrowed perspective allows audiences to connect with the characters, making the moments more emotional and tense.

Almost on the same level as the original Purge movie. This one shows the effects of the Purge on society as a whole, rather than just honing on one specific family's experiences, which offers a more well-rounded perspective. There are also some thought-provoking messages about equality and social classes that I wasn't expecting from what I thought was going to be purely a thriller.
