  • I really didn't like The Wolf of Wall Street because it is hollow in emotions and kind of boring. But I can understand why it appeals to other people, given the messages about greed and hubris.

  • I did not enjoy The Wolf of Wall Street. It felt excessive and suffered from the same problem most of Martin Scorsese's recent films do: it lacks any heart, charm, soul, or anything else that would differentiate it from every other generic movie about excess and greed.

  • The energy in this film is off the charts with Leonardo DiCaprio giving one of his most committed performances that I have ever seen. Many think this celebrates the excess that is Jordan Belfort, but I think its a damning portrayal of a man who thinks he is unstoppable.

'The Wolf of Wall Street' Review
10/10

The Wolf of Wall Street is an outrageous and repugnant reflection of something very real - and very rotten - at the core of our society.
