Together, Roy and Keeley are two halves of what is arguably the most important and closely watched relationship in Ted Lasso. The second season ended with Roy accepting and forgiving Nate and Jamie for their respective trysts with Keeley. When Ted Lasso season 3 opened, Roy and Keeley revealed that they broke up off-screen sometime between the second and third seasons. After encouragement from each other, Roy began taking coaching seriously and Keeley started her own PR firm, and it ironically led to them having no time for a relationship. However, Keeley also said that there was something deeper to their breakup. After this, Roy and Jamie continued to grow closer.

Later, Keeley became romantically involved with Jack, the woman whose company funded Keeley's new PR firm. After Jamie and Keeley's sex tape leaked online, Keeley refused to read a public apology drafted by Jack's lawyers, leading them to break up. In Ted Lasso season 3, episode 10, "International Break," Roy gave Keeley an emotional apology letter, and the two seemingly got back together. However, in the Ted Lasso finale, when Roy and Jamie get into a fistfight over who Keeley should be with, Keeley rejects them both. The Ted Lasso ending explained not much else regarding what happens to Roy and Keeley - but there are clues as to whether they end up together or not.

Earlier, Ted Lasso co-creator Bill Lawrence said that Keeley and Roy might not ultimately end up together. Roy and Keeley's biggest hurdle has always been Jamie, Keeley's original boyfriend in Ted Lasso. Though the leaking of Jamie and Keeley's sex tape wasn't Jamie's fault, it happened because he never deleted it even after they broke up, which ultimately reveals how he never let Keeley go. This was further confirmed in Roy and Jamie's fistfight over Kelly's affections. Jamie's heartfelt apology for not deleting the sex tape also revealed more about how deeply he still cared for Keeley.

Who Keeley Ends Up With In Ted Lasso Season 3

Roy and Keeley are the most obvious endgame couple in Ted Lasso's entire run, but at the same time, the events in the finale may prompt Keeley to realize that her most crucial relationship is with herself. Keeley has always been a go-getter since Ted Lasso season 1. From her promotion to the head of her PR firm to her vision of a women's team for Richmond, she's always had a fast, upward trajectory, despite all the setbacks. Ultimately, neither Jamie nor Roy could keep up with Keeley, which is part of what frustrates them about their feelings for her.

Even if Roy and Keeley somehow get back together after the Ted Lasso season 3 ending, it may take them some time to hash things out. This wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing though. Roy, Keeley, and Jamie all could use some time to themselves if only to properly process everything that happened in the finale. However, compared to Nate, Jamie, Jack, or anyone else who has shown affection for her, Roy seems to have the best chances in of being with Keeley again.
