Jenelle Evans announced the clothing company Sew Sew You has decided to cancel their collaboration with the Teen Mom 2 star after fans spoke out against her. Jenelle has never been a fan favorite among Teen Mom 2 fans. In their point of view, Jenelle consistently chooses the men her in life over her children, which hasn't made her very popular. Jenelle had been on the show from the very beginning, so it probably came as a huge surprise to her when MTV executives decided to fire her after an incident involving her husband and her pet dog. Fans were outraged to learn her husband, David Easton, had shot their family pet after he allegedly lashed out at their daughter Ensley. This incident led MTV to officially part ways with Jenelle.
Aside from her choice in men, Jenelle has always been criticized for her parenting choices. Fans always accuse Jenelle of favoring her daughter Ensley over her two sons. Many of them have in fact expressed concern over the way her husband treats her son Kaiser, who she shares with her ex Nathan Griffin. Most recently, Jenelle was dragged online for giving her daughter a present in front of Kaiser when she had nothing to give to also give to him. He was visibly upset that he wasn't also getting a present, and even let Jenelle know that he also wanted a surprise. She defended herself by saying she wasn't the one who bought the present for Ensley, to which critics responded by saying she should have given her the present when Kaiser wasn't around.
Jenelle is now grieving the loss of a partnership she was extremely excited about after a clothing company decided to cancel a planned collaboration with her. As reported by Jenelle took to TikTok to let her fans know that the partnership is no longer happening. According to Jenelle, some of her haters ed the company she was working with, leading them to their decision to drop her. She claims the company was unaware of her past controversial behavior, so once fans sent them some old articles about her, they decided to distance themselves from her. The clothing line was only a few days away from launching, but it seems like fans will never get to see what Jenelle was working on.
Jenelle was working with the clothing company, Sew Sew You to create an athleticwear and loungewear line which was set to be released on November 17. After finding out that Sew Sew You decided not to sell the clothes on their website, Jenelle decided to create her own website and sell them there as to not disappoint those who were looking forward to buying the clothes. Shortly after creating her own website, however, Jenelle got word she wasn't allowed to sell them on her own either as the clothing company forbids her from doing so via her contract with them. She was incredibly upset and in tears as she told her fans the collaboration was canceled.
It has been a long time since Jenelle stopped living her life in front of MTV cameras. Is it still fair to judge her for mistakes she made while filming Teen Mom 2, when she has already been fired as a consequence of her behavior? Only time will tell if she will ever be able to escape her past.
