"Not A Bad Day."
Jim spent a couple of years secretly falling in love with Pam every day at work while she was in a relationship with her fiancé Roy, which was perfectly showcased early in the series during the first season's "Diversity Day."
While the day was a complete and chaotic disaster and one of the cringiest episodes of the series, the fact that Jim fell asleep on Jim's shoulder during a boring closing meeting still led Jim to reveal in his testimonial to the documentary crew that it was "not a bad day."
"Wow. We Should Have Started Dating, Like, A Long Time Ago."
Shortly after Jim and Pam officially started dating in the fourth season, Jim decides it's time to reveal his office secret that Dwight and Angela have been dating for six months, much to Pam's feigned surprise.
She then revealed that she had known about it for the past two years and hadn't told him either, leading Jim to casually remark that they should have started dating earlier so that they could have told each other their secrets, though it was a nod to his years of pining for Pam.

The fifth season of The Office almost featured the marriage of Jim and Pam when they decided to spontaneously take a trip to Ohio to get a marriage license after they woke up one morning and Jim revealed that all he wanted to do that day was get married to Pam.
It was very romantic and was a dramatic departure from Pam's previous lengthy engagement to Roy, though when they stopped off at Michael Scott's "Cafe Disco" before heading to Ohio and had a blast with their friends, they realized they did want to have an actual wedding and reception after all.

Jim and Pam weren't the only employees of Dunder Mifflin who found themselves in an office romance, as Dwight and Angela also had a rollercoaster romance that brought Dwight to his lowest moments in the series when he wasn't with her.
Jim occasionally gave very hard-hitting romantic advice to Dwight to help him with his feelings towards Angela, including not hiding from his feelings for the woman he loves like he did, because "at the end of the day, you gotta jump."
"No, I Just Missed My Wife."
The ninth season of The Office saw Jim attempt to start a new career in Philadelphia with the company he started with his college friends, which would require him to leave Scranton for extended periods while Pam remained at Dunder Mifflin.
Jim had planned to take a bus to Philadelphia the night before his first day, which meant he would have missed the Dunder Mifflin Christmas party, but he surprised Pam when he returned to the office. She assumed he had missed his bus, but he just wasn't ready to leave his wife quite yet (and he found another bus early in the morning).
"Plan A Was Marrying Her A Long Time Ago. Pretty Much The Day I Met Her."
This romantic line is said on the day of Jim and Pam’s wedding at Niagara Falls. Jim talks about how he booked a boat ride to the falls as plan C for their wedding. But, while plan B was getting married in the church, he really wanted to marry her long ago.
It took these two a while to get together even though they clearly had feelings for each other for years. So, when they finally tie the knot it was a triumphant moment for them and for fans watching the show who had waited so long to see their favorite characters get together.
"You Are Everything."
While once Jim and Pam got together it seemed like things were mostly smooth sailing for them, season nine of The Office changed this up. This season explored the challenges these two-faced as Jim started a new business in Philadelphia.
Many of Jim’s choices caused Pam to doubt if she was enough for Jim. When Jim says that she is his everything, it was a great moment as it made him refocus his priorities back on what really mattered to him most.

Jim was always a good salesman at Dunder Mifflin, but he never really tried very hard. Compared to many of the other employees, Jim didn’t really have to do much to be good at his job. However, when he starts dating Pam and makes plans to buy a house and marry her, he starts to put more effort into his job and making money.
This is a romantic quote as it shows how Jim is willing to do more and be better because he loves Pam and is willing to put in the extra effort for her, even if it means trying hard at the job he once felt was a waste of time.

The most romantic episodes of The Office were definitely the ones where Jim and Pam get married. During their wedding dinner the night before they tie the knot, Jim gives a speech about how much he cares about Pam.
The entire quote reads, “For a really long time that's all I had. Little moments with a girl who saw me as a friend. And a lot of people told me I was crazy to wait this long for a date with a girl who I worked with, but I think, even then I knew, I was waiting for my wife.” This emotional monologue reveals how much Jim cared about Pam all along.

In season nine, Dwight and Angela realize once again that they love each other and are right for each other. When Dwight talks to Jim about his worries with this relationship, Jim says another romantic paragraph that reveals how much love means to him.
