This ranks it above every other show on the list, those being 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Sister Wives, The Sex Lives of College Girls, Creature Commandos, The Curious Case of Natalia Grace, Bookie, The West Wing, Banshee, and Hacks. It also makes it the most popular Max original on the platform as of writing, beating out three other original streaming shows since it premiered.

TV getting sued by Sherri Crichton, who claims The Pitt is copying ER, citing it originally being envisioned as a spinoff. However, since it's still unclear what the lawsuit's outcome will be, it isn't likely to impact the success and longevity of the series on Max for quite some time, if at all.
