The Real Housewives of Dubai season 2 is finally here after two years, and it's a hit. RHODubai was a huge expansion for the network, as taking on a series of The Real Housewives based on a completely different continent hasn't been common through the years. While other The Real Housewives series have been created in countries outside the U.S., this was the first produced by and for Bravo. Starring a group of women who live there, RHODubai season 1 featured Chanel Ayan, Sara Al Madani, Caroline Brooks, Lesa Milan, Nina Ali, and Ladies of London alum Caroline Stanbury.

From the cast, some women came from the Middle East originally, while some moved there from the U.S. or the UK. With the women bringing their own stories to the table, RHODubai was eye-opening. Since this was the first The Real Housewives series from the Middle East, it set out to do so in a way that was welcoming to native Middle Eastern women and immigrants. During RHODubai season 1, the cast welcomed viewers to Dubai and showed off their lavish lifestyles, while RHODubai season 2 will hopefully get more into the drama.

While there wasn't much news surrounding RHODubai season 2 for quite some time, there was regarding the season. Back in April 2023, RHODubai ladies were spotted filming for a big girls' trip, according to Cosmopolitan Middle East. Both Stanbury and Caroline, along with Lesa and Sara, were all spotted in Indonesia with cameras. The cast seems to have taken a lavish trip together, filming the whole thing for the season. In RHODubai season 2 trailer, it did show the cast took a trip to Bali, Indonesia, so this was true.

The RHODubai season 2 was confirmed on April 11, when the trailer for the season was released. Just like RHODubai season 1 premiered in June 2022, RHODubai season 2 aired its premiere episode on June 2. The season kicked off with most of the RHODubai season 1 returning and one new cast member. They were shy about getting right into the drama, forming alliances, and showing off their luxurious lives in Dubai. RHODubai season 2 definitely has promise.

They Added A New Cast Member

RHODubai season 2's main cast has officially been revealed. Returning to the series are Stanbury, Brooks, Chanel, Lesa, and Sara, while Nina formally announced her departure in January 2023. In an Instagram post, Nina explained that "it was an honor" to appear in the series, but she would be stepping away to deal with "new challenges" in her life. To replace Nina, the series added Taleen Marie to RHODubai season 2's cast. So far, Taleen seems like a great addition and fits in quite well with the RHODubai OG's.

A Lot Of Drama And New Friendships

The trailer for RHODubai season 2 was released on April 11. In the trailer, the Dubai landscape is shown, as well as the women all agreeing the weather is very hot in the Middle Eastern country. Then, Sara and Stanbury are yelling "shut up" at each other while Taleen calls the interaction "like squid games." The trailer goes into what to expect from RHODubai season 2, which includes their cast trip to Bali. Stanbury is then seen at a fertility doctor and her daughter's concerns about her having a baby with her new husband, Sergio José Carrallo Pendás.

Lesa may be having marital problems, Sara possibly has a boyfriend, and it seems Chanel and Stanbury have become friends. Lesa and Chanel are seen having an altercation at the end that could be friendship-ending. All this and more is what viewers can look forward to in The Real Housewives of Dubai season 2.
