A month or so after the first images from the new episodes were revealed, the latest news finally confirms the release date for The Summer I Turned Pretty season 3. The third and final season is now slated to arrive on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. This date is in keeping with the show's summer theme, and will release around the same time as its two predecessors.

To go along with the release date, Amazon Prime Video shared a new poster for The Summer I Turned Pretty season 3 on X (formerly Twitter). On the poster, Belly is being kissed on the cheek by Jeremiah as Conrad looks on jealously.

While The Summer I Turned Pretty as a whole is a coming-of-age story, the third novel in the trilogy, We’ll Always Have Summer, is the one in which the characters truly grow up. If The Summer I Turned Pretty season 3 story follows the novels, it would feature Belly graduating from high school, attending college, and preparing for the future. The third novel also jumps forward in time to Belly’s college graduation and beyond, allowing the audience to see just where she ends up - and who she is with.
