Fans of the show didn’t take the news lightly, and there has been a lot of criticism but also anticipation around Hemsworth’s debut as Geralt. Surely, expectations are high thanks to Cavill’s amazing performance, but the above-mentioned highest-rated episode is good news for the show’s new Geralt and should take some pressure off.

If it properly shares the spotlight with Yennefer and Ciri, it can take some of the focus off of Hemsworth’s Geralt and make the transition a lot smoother.
