In addition to This Is The End, there have been calls for follow-ups to movies like Sausage Party, which have yet to come together.
This Is The End 2 Probably Won't Happen
There has been little in the way of updates for a potential This Is The End 2 since 2014, and given Rogen and Goldberg's preference for original material, it's unlikely to happen. Seeing their take on the Garden of Eden or Hell would be mighty entertaining, but it feels like the window for a sequel has probably lapsed at this stage, and it would likely be a nightmare to schedule the same cast for a reunion too.
