It makes "every part of Thor unworthy" while brutally killing him in one of his darkest deaths.

Thor Killed Celestial Judgment AXE Judgment - Marvel Comics

While Thor previously ed Celestial judgment as his worthiness was taken to a new level, after the Progenitor decided the Earth wasn't worth saving, its previous judgments didn't matter. The planet failed, and as such, everyone had to die, regardless of their rulings. In Thor's case, he was made unworthy, as his Mjolnir attack ended up being his last action before his darkest death at the hands of the Celestial reduced to him burning flesh and bone.

Thor wasn't the only Avenger to suffer a dark death due to Celestial judgment, but his demise is one of the most shocking in the issue. The Celestial making him unworthy shows what kind of amazing powers it has, as it has no problem quickly obliterating Thor and Mjolnir during their last stand against the space god. To win the fight, the surviving Earth's Mightiest Heroes will need more than to prove their worth, as Thor's death shows even the most powerful heroes stand little chance against the Progenitor.
