But even if Superman can run faster than a speeding bullet, the idea of him actually trying to race The Flash seems ridiculous. Since The Flash is powered by a direct connection to the Speed Force, he can run at an almost unlimited velocity, even beyond the speed of light itself (to the Speed Force as pure energy, or time travel).So why has Superman been forced to put his own top speed of running and flying up against a Flash multiple times?
