Five and Lila had great chemistry in prior seasons of the show, but The Umbrella Academy season 4 took it a step further and made things romantic. The decision has proven itself controversial, with vocal fans for and against the romance. I did feel it was weird at first, especially in relation to Diego's position with his brother and wife getting together. However, I have to say I enjoyed the couple as time progressed, seeing there was real chemistry there, and with both having spent 7 years with only the other as company, it made sense.
