It's a tough conversation to have, as I feel like <em>Yellowstone </em>is generally oriented more toward aligning with Beth. The incident in flashbacks that made her hate him makes Jamie irredeemable, so it would be fair to say her actions are more justifiable. However, I think it's important to note the difference in how John treats them and how that's shaped their characters.
