When Iron Man sacrifices himself and dies at the end of<em> Avengers: Endgame</em>, it seems as though he likely met Lady Death herself, Aubrey Plaza's character who made her debut in Marvel's new <em>Agatha All Along</em> series. Coming from the original comics, Lady Death is the embodiment of death itself charged with guiding those who've crossed over to the other side. To that end, I think this means that Lady Death has been there for every major MCU death, including Iron Man's (though perhaps she doesn't always present herself so directly as she did with Alice Wu-Gulliver and Nicholas Scratch).
