While there's absolutely nothing wrong with Austin Butler, it's a casting announcement I'm not particularly thrilled about. This opinion is mostly due to the fact that I'm growing increasingly tired of remakes and sequels and all of that. However, I also feel that Christian Bale's casting worked well because he wasn't a well-known actor at the time. I just think casting Austin Butler is too obvious.
