The <em>Sonic the Hedgehog </em>movies and <em>Knuckles </em>TV show thus far have done a great job of introducing many fan-favorite characters from the video games, though there are many who have not yet made it to the screen. <em>Sonic 4 </em>is looking to bring Amy Rose and Metal Sonic into the mix, but one character who's long-overdue for their debut is Rouge the Bat, whose ties to both Knuckles, Shadow and G.U.N. would have made it sensible for <em>Sonic the Hedgehog 3</em> to feature her. However, while there is a concern that the next movie could be overstuffed with her in it, I actually think it's the best place to bring her in, as the potential romantic dynamic between Amy and Sonic could get a parallel exploration with Rouge and Knuckles.
