Say what you will, westerns have (and likely always will be) one of the most popular genres of film. There is something about this time in history that is intriguing and exciting. Before technology, where everyone is out for themselves. There are many fantastic westerns, and surely there will continue to be more released in the future, but when selecting the best, it isn't even a question in my mind. Tombstone not only has a truly incredible cast - Sam Elliot, Kurt Russell, Val Kilmer (just to name a few) - it offers up unmatched action sequences, heart-breaking plot points, as well as likable and memorable characters. This is truly one for the history books.
