There are certain actors in movies or TV shows we consider a favorite of ours, for various different reasons. However, it's always disappointing when your favorite actor plays a character you just cannot stand, despite trying multiple times. For me, it's Idris Elba in <em>The Office </em>as Charles Miner. I love Elba's works: <em>Luther</em>, <em>The Wire</em>, even <em>Turn Up Charlie</em>. But when I rewatch <em>The Office</em>, I always dread the episodes he appears in, even though there aren't many. I know Charles isn't supposed to be a "good guy," but he's also too unlikable for who the character actually is.
