Beyond the typical Justice League heroes, I think I would most like to see Nightwing in the live-action DCU. While there is an animated Dynamic Duo movie coming with Dick Grayson and Jason Todd, it's not yet known if that will be canon or Elseworlds. With any luck, the Teen Titans movie in development will feature Nightwing front and center.

What is the best mode to play in Mario Kart World?

Mario Kart World has several different ways to play both multiplayer and single player. While you have to go through all the cups to unlock certain characters, that isn't the only way to play. There are battles, a knock out race, and even free roam. I love to play them all, depending on my mood, but free roam has been consuming my life as I try to complete all the challenges.

What is the best character to play as in Mario Kart World?

While it comes down to preference for which character is the best to play in Mario Kart World, there is also some strategy to it. Personally, I like to play as Rosalina just because I think that she is cute. I especially love all the different outfits she has in this version of the game. That said, different characters have different speed and weight class. Waluigi tends to be one of the most popular because he can zip around fast due to being light. Still, I like to play as Rosalina.

The live-action How To Train Your Dragon Rotten Tomatoes score is significantly higher than Lilo & Stitch's: Is this surprising?

The How To Train Your Dragon live-action adaptation premiered at more than ten points higher than the live-action Lilo & Stitch. Having seen them both, this does not surprise me at all. Lilo & Stitch changes so much about the story, removing key scenes and lines that are fan favorites. How To Train Your Dragon leans into to the moments that fans love, delivering a close to shot-for-shot remake while also adding in some more time with the teens, allowing us to know them and their personalities better.

What's your favorite James Bond video game?

IO Interactive finally unveiled the first look at 007 First Light, which looks like a welcome return for the spy franchise to the world of gaming. It also got me reflecting on the various James Bond games of the past, and while GoldenEye might seem like the obvious answer to which is the best, my favorite is either Everything or Nothing, or From Russia with Love. Both produced by EA Redwood Shores, the 2004 game featured a nice mix of new mechanics and familiar elements from previous titles, while also offering a new story for Pierce Brosnan's version of Bond. The 2005 game, meanwhile, gave some great changes to the Sean Connery film while also recreating some iconic segments that, with a similar gameplay style to Everything or Nothing, made for a great time.

I just got way more confident that Jurassic World Rebirth is going to continue the franchise's box office success.

The Jurassic franchise is inarguably one of the biggest in cinematic history, with every prior installment being a box office hit. I'll it, I've had my doubts about Jurassic World Rebirth's potential success, in part because I feel like I don't know if the franchise should return so soon after Dominion underwhelmed me, but also because July is a very full month with blockbuster releases. However, a new report indicates they not only reined in the budget compared to prior movies, but that the movie may have been made for as low as $180 million, the cheapest since Jurassic Park III's $93 million price tag. Given Gareth Edwards' history in VFX, I have no concerns about Rebirth's visuals with the lower budget, as Monsters and The Creator showed he can make a lot with a little, and with a lower bar to clear at the box office, I have no doubt the next Jurassic World will keep the franchise's box office success streak alive.

Nintendo delaying the live-action Legend of Zelda movie actually gives me a lot of faith in it.

The Legend of Zelda live-action movie has pushed its release date back a couple months, now set for a May 7, 2027 arrival, and while this would normally make me worried about a movie's chances at getting made, I actually have a lot more faith in it since Nintendo appears to have had a big hand in the delay. Shigeru Miyamoto himself announced it on Twitter and said they want to "take the extra time to make the film as good as it can be", which after The Super Mario Bros. Movie is a welcome relief, especially since Zelda is going for live-action, a much trickier one to pull off with the fantasy setting of the games.

Who is the best vault hunter to play as in Borderlands?

There are quite a few vault hunters in the Borderlands franchise, but I find a few of them more fun to play as than others. That said, my favorite has to be Zer0, who offers some nice variations in combat. I like to have options, and with Zer0, you always have a chance to overpower enemies with some well-placed shots — I'm a fan of sniping — and in close range with a nice sword.

Will Clark Kent's secret identity be revealed in James Gunn's Superman movie after the new DC trailer teased it?

The new international trailer for James Gunn's Superman movie featured Rachel Brosnahan's Lois Lane telling David Corenswet's Clark Kent that the world would eventually come to know that he is Superman. I think that is Gunn's way of foreshadowing the major event happening in the future of the DCU. I don't believe he is teasing something for the movie itself, as Superman's identity reveal happening in his first movie in the new franchise sounds too premature.

Is Chris Evans telling the truth about not being in Avengers: Doomsday?

Chris Evans talked to ScreenRant recently for Materialists and explained that he feels somewhat sad over not being in Avengers: Doomsday, once again making it seem like he is not in the MCU movie despite reports that he would return alongside Peggy Carter actress Hayley Atwell. I have to say that I'm mixed on whether he is telling the truth. As Andrew Garfield has shown, MCU stars lie to keep surprises a secret. However, Evans truly seems earnest in his description of what it feels like to miss out on the film. Maybe Avengers: Secret Wars it is?

Is playing Mario Kart World in Free Roam mode worth spending time doing?

I spent the entire weekend playing Mario Kart World and I am not ashamed to it it. Not only is it an extremely fun (and addicting) game, the graphics are amazing. I love the new modes and, as a completionist, I have been working hard to collect all of the skins and beat all of the games in Free Roam mode. While it might not be worth spending all your time doing it - and some of the challenges can get frustrating if you spend too long on them - it is an absolute blast. The races and other modes are great for co-op playing, but when you are solo, Free Roam adds a whole new element!

Should fans of Brooklyn Nine-Nine check out Angie Tribeca?

I learned a while ago about a show called Angie Tribeca, which has frequently been compared to Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The show was created by Steve and Nancy Carell and ran on TBS for four seasons. I've watched parts of it, and I was drawn in by Rashida Jones portraying the titular character. I see the similarities to Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but I'd say it's more like The Office than anything else, and I would recommend others watch it, regardless.

Seeing the typewriter in the Resident Evil Requiem trailer made me so giddy.

I am a massive fan of the Resident Evil franchise, so I was thrilled to finally learn the name of the next gaming installment - Final Destination Requiem - and get to see a trailer that shook me to my core. This game looks horrifying for several reasons, including that the RPD is absolutely destroyed in it. Plus, seeing the typewriter in the lobby brought me back to playing the first game, searching everywhere for ink ribbons, and trying to stragically plan my saves. I truly cannot wait for this game's release.

What was the best announcement at Summer Game Fest 2025?

This year's Summer Game Fest was full of exciting announcements, many of which I was really happy to see. The best two for me were the announcements of Resident Evil 9 and the new Xbox Ally handhelds. I'm also looking forward to High on Life 2, which I really didn't expect to see, but I'm not complaining about. I think the Persona 4 revival looks brilliant, too, as well as At Fate's End, a new game from the team behind Spiritfarer.

Could Resident Evil 9's new protagonist also be Sherry Birkin?

Even though Sherry Birkin was in Resident Evil 6 as herself, I can't help but shake this feeling that she is somehow connected to Grace Ashcroft, who was revealed in the Resident Evil 9 trailer the other day. They appear to be around the same age and look rather similar, too. I know Sherry was put in protective custody, but I wonder if during that time she was adopted by Alyssa Ashcroft, but decided to use her real name in Resident Evil 6 for some reason. I'm probably wrong, but I have this feeling there's some link between these characters.

Should the MCU's Avengers movies introduce Doctor Doom and Sue Storm's daughter?

In the comics, Valeria Richards has quite a convoluted origin story. Before retcons, she was introduced as the daughter of Doctor Doom and Sue Storm from an alternate universe. I feel like that would be the perfect way to add Valeria to the MCU. The Avengers movies could have Valeria be the daughter of Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom, and after them, when RDJ leaves the MCU for good, perhaps with his Doom dying, she could continue on Earth-616 as part of the Fantastic Four, bonding with this world's Sue and being a sister to the young Franklin Richards.

Who's the strictest Below Deck captain?

Though they all have a strict streak, Captain Sandy Yawn definitely comes off as the strictest Below Deck captain to me. She’s super hands-on and doesn’t hesitate to micromanage when things go off course, and while I respect her work ethic and high standards, her leadership style can be a bit intense at times. Compared to someone like Captain Jason Chambers, who’s more laid-back, Sandy runs a much tighter, tenser ship.

Is The Life Of Chuck worth seeing in theaters?

The Life Of Chuck is a beautiful and deeply moving film that is filled to the brim with an insanely talented cast. It offers a deep exploration of the important things in life - friendship, family, and human interactions. We are all going to die one day, so it is important to make the most of our time while we are here. This movie blends genres, and, to be quite honest, it had me crying my entire drive home after leaving the theater. It will be ed as one of the greats. If you can see it on the big screen, I highly recommend doing so.
