Production on the long-awaited The Batman — Part II is finally set to kick off in April 2025, while Matt Reeves' universe will begin to expand with the Colin Farrell-led The Penguin. With more specific details about the sequel remaining unknown, some are wondering who will or should be the main villain for Part II, particularly after the first movie ended with the tease of Barry Keoghan's Joker. I personally would like to see another subversive take on an iconic rogues gallery villain after The Riddler, namely Clayface after Reeves' scrapped Arkham Asylum show was meant to include him.
