While Zendaya will reportedly come back as MJ in Tom Holland's Spider-Man 4, the MCU movie could feature her in a smaller role due to Spider-Man: No Way Home's events. That would open the door for other characters from Spider-Man's comic book history to pop up and fill the romantic interest role. The two characters who would make the most sense to start a relationship with Peter at this moment are Black Cat, who could live the same life of danger Spidey does, and Gwen Stacy, who Peter could meet in college like he did in the comics.
