A <em>Below Deck </em>chef can make or break a season, as we’ve seen dozens of times before. With chefs, who tend to be a bit more temperamental than anticipated, it can be difficult to get them working within the exact specifications of a charter guest, but it can also be tough to keep them feeling valued and understood as parts of the <em>Below Deck </em>team. The perfect balance doesn’t exist, but I’ve always thought that Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph has done an incredible job on <em>Below Deck Down Under</em>.
