I think the comments about Mary Cooper now being "vile" in <em>Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage </em>are way over the top. We know from the person she is in <em>The Big Bang Theory </em>that Mary becomes quite bitter and more sarcastic, but it was made clear during George Sr.'s funeral in <em>Young Sheldon </em>that her anger spawns from the fact her husband has left her alone and so suddenly. It makes sense to me that Mary's grief is so anger-focused right now, considering it hasn't been that long since her husband's death.
