What Happened In Undead Unluck Episode #17?
In Undead Unluck episode #17, “Outsmart”, Fuuko and Andy used Fuuko’s Unluck to immobilize Burn with the various defense systems of the Union, thus keeping Billy from leaving with the Roundtable. Andy then proceeded to fight Billy, but Andy was overwhelmed by the wide assortment of Negator abilities Billy had copied, and once Burn recovered, Billy was able to leave the confines of the Union. However, much to Billy’s surprise, immediately upon emerging onto the surface, he ended up being stalled one last time by Tatiana, who was able to hit Billy with Untouchable despite being affected by Billy’s Unjustice.
As Billy recovered from Tatiana’s attack, Fuuko stole Apocalypse away from Billy, which effectively rendered the Roundtable useless as Under would now have no way to receive new quests and rewards. When Fuuko touched Apocalypse, however, she was bombarded with bizarre visions of the Union that included the Union fighting Spoil with an older Gena and Victor somehow being a member of the Union. After handing Apocalypse to Phil, whose Unfeel protected him from Apocalypse’s bombardment of memories, Under departed with the Roundtable in a ceasefire, and the episode ended with Juiz saying that she needed to talk to everyone.
