Valorant Has A New Agent, And If You Like Explosives & Air Strikes, Tejo Might Be The Best Option

Heading into the Valorant's fifth year as a live-service title, the game is introducing a new agent, Tejo, who focuses on creating explosive moments.

It seems that Valorant Mobile will feature large, easy-to-use adaptive buttons that change depending on the situation to save space and make gameplay smooth. For instance, the jump button turns into a spin attack when the player is in mid-air, and the directional controls switch from strafe for gun-based agents into more sensitive multi-directional joysticks for bow-and-arrow aiming. Instead of applying a one-UI-fits-all scheme, the mobile version of Valorant sets out to accommodate each Agent's different playstyle with a unique overlay.

Fan Reception For Valorant Mobile Is Overwhelmingly Positive

The Community Can't Wait To Get Its Hands On The Mobile Version

Although Valorant Mobile will only be available in China in the beginning, fans are undeterred by this news. The comment section of the official reveal trailer and X announcement is full of overwhelmingly positive responses, with many fans expressing excitement about the game's imminent arrival on mobile devices. YouTube Sylespage writes "I [was] waiting for this moment," with other fans posting variations of "let's go!"

Several players have raised concerns that Valorant Mobile is arriving before a much-requested replay system, but it looks like Riot Games is tackling one issue at a time. Although there are still issues fans want resolved, they now have a mobile port to look forward to. The game's launch in China will likely pave the way for further launches in other countries, so fans outside of China should stay tuned.
