There are a total of seven Memories in the fourth scene of Vampire the Masquerade: Swansong. After discovering a Memory, Emem will be teleported to an open elevator leading into a round hallway. Search the circular corridor for a door with light shining under its frame. After going through, observe the scene to help the Emem in Swansong recall past events in her life.
Emem Memory 1 in VtM: Swansong
The first recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall how she arrived at the Chantry.
- Remove the small rock by the right wall and snack on the rats for blood.
- Blink across the gap onto the crumbled bridge and walk towards the fallen Jefferson Library sign.
- After entering the round hallway, enter the brown door on the left to enter the Jefferson Library.
- Walk up the stairwell on the right and blink across the gap.
- Blink several more times to get across the scaffolding.
- Head down the stairs and observe the Memory.
Emem Memory 2 in VtM: Swansong
The second recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall Emem and Journey's dance party. Below are the steps for finding this Memory:
- After returning from the first Memory in Swansong, blink to the tall platform above and then to the right.
- Enter the study and interact with the first lever from the left on the right-side wall.
- Return to the previous platform, blink to the left side, and drink the NPC's blood before moving on.
- Follow the tunnel age to the left until reaching the third door.
- Go through and interact with the bottles next to the NPC to find the next Memory.
- Head through the red door and watch the scene.
Emem Memory 3 in VtM: Swansong
The third recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall her hostile encounter with the Tremere clan. Below are the steps for finding this Memory:
- After returning from the second Memory, head out the door and continue leftward down the tunnel.
- Exit the doorway near the floodlight and follow the ledge to the room with a wheelchair.
- Blink across the large gap to find a room splattered with blood and interact with the mattress on the floor to trigger the Memory.
- Enter the bloodstained white door on the left and observe the scene.
Emem Memory 4 in VtM: Swansong
The fourth recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall how she became a vampire. Below are the steps for finding this Memory:
- After returning from the third Memory during the gameplay in Swansong, blink back to the previous ledge walkway and reenter the underground tunnel.
- Go to the end of the tunnel and use the lever to open the gate.
- Blink down from the ledge to the left of the nearby stairwell and follow the path to find a blue crystal, triggering the next Memory.
- Head in through the brown door on the right and examine the bed to reminisce Emem's sensual night of becoming a vampire.
Emem Memory 5 in VtM: Swansong
The fifth recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall how she left for London. Below are the steps for finding this Memory:
- After returning from the fourth Memory, go back up the stairs and blink up the ledge from where players previously descended.
- Enter the office ahead and pick up the Tremere Potion, which delays time in Swansong, found on the desk to the left of the entrance.
- Drink the potion and then pull the third lever from the left on the right-side wall.
- Head outside and go through the open gate leading into the left tunnel.
- Enter the first door on the right and interact with the old radio on the table to trigger the next Memory.
- Enter a brown door on the right and view the scene.
Emem Memory 6 in VtM: Swansong
The sixth recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall her argument with Hilda. Below are the steps for finding this Memory:
- After returning from the fifth Memory, return to the tunnel age and continue to the door at the end.
- Head through and blink to the central walkway down below.
- In the room ahead, examine the crack on the wall to trigger the next Memory of the character in Swansong.
- Enter the brown door on the left to recall Hilda and Emem's break up, resulting in Emem throwing Hilda into the wall.
Emem Memory 7 in VtM: Swansong
The seventh recovered Memory in "Unknown" of Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong helps Emem recall the conflict between her and Quentin King. Below are the steps for finding this Memory:
- After returning from the sixth Memory, return to the door leading back to the underground tunnelway.
- Reach the entrance and activate the lever to through the gate.
- Blink across the stairwell towards the giant spire in the center of the Chantry.
- Interact with the pedestal in the back of the tower to complete a puzzle.
- After getting the line of blood in Swansong to flow to the middle, activate the central device to access the second floor.
- Repeat this process several more times to reach the fourth floor.
- Walk over to the lit brazier on the right to trigger the final Memory
- Enter through the door directly ahead and observe the final scene to complete the objective and unlock the "How could I forget?" Achievement in Vampire: the Masquerade: Swansong.
