17. Honorable Mention: Kristen Brings Miami Girl To SUR
This moment did not happen during a vacation, but it deserves an honorable mention on the list because it does stem from a trip to Miami. In Season 3, Kristen brought in AnneMarie, better known as "Miami Girl," to catch Tom Sandoval off guard while he was working at SUR. The bartender was so shaken up to see her in West Hollywood that he and Ariana Madix just walked out of their shifts and went home without telling anyone. When Kristen was reprimanded, she infamously told SUR manager Diana to "suck a d*ck." Nevertheless, this scene was nothing short of iconic. Vanderpump Rules fans are grateful to Kristen for making it happen.
16. Sandoval Gives Schwartz "Tom #1" Shirt
During Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney's t bachelor/bachelorette party in New Orleans, Tom Sandoval came through with a sentimental gesture. He was originally wearing a "Tom #1" shirt. Then, he took that off to reveal a "Tom #2" shirt and gave a separate "Tom #1 shirt" to Tom Schwartz. He did not permanently give up his self-proclaimed ranking as number one Tom, but he did bestow the honor on his best friend for a night.
15. Katie Gets Upset When Schwartz Is Upgraded To First Class
Katie was looking forward to some quality time with Schwartz on the cast trip in Mexico. Before the plane even took off, Katie was miffed because Schwartz got upgraded to first class. They immediately started fighting when they got the hotel. It escalated when Schwartz said he hated "the sound of her voice." Eventually, they made up when he filled the hotel room full of candies and brought in a mariachi singer to perform.
14. Jax Apologizes To Stassi In Front Of Brittany
Years after they broke up, Jax finally apologized to Stassi for everything that he put her through... in front of his now-wife Brittany Cartwright. He felt like it was better to be late than never apologize. Meanwhile, Brittany just sat there awkwardly as Jax and Stassi cried at a bar in New Orleans.
13. Lala Takes Her Top Off
The SURvers was in Hawaii for Sandoval and Jax's birthday trip, but it was Lala Kent who got down to her birthday suit. Well, her bathing suit bottom and some sunglasses. She caused quite the stir when she insisted on swimming with her top off... in front of the entire cast, who were all in (semi) committed relationships.

Jax swore that exes Kristen and James Kennedy hooked up during the Season 6 Mexico trip because - wait for it - the pillows on the porch were rearranged. That was it. He had no other evidence, but he pushed that theory and pushed the two of them to their limits over the somewhat comical misunderstanding.

Season 1, Stassi was on the outs with everyone in the cast, except for Peter Madrigal, after her birthday dinner went awry the night before. Thankfully, she had a whole backup group of friends waiting in the wings for Las Vegas birthday brunch.

No one saw it coming when Lala whipped out a baby bottle during the Season 6 Mexico trip. Lala told Scheana Marie that she has a bottle every single night before bed back in California. She wasn't going to break the comforting habit just because she was away from home.
8. Kyle Tells Stassi She Looks Like Steve Jobs
When the Vanderpump Rules ladies visited the Summer House cast in Montauk, Kyle Cooke made an unforgettable first impression on Stassi. He told her that she looked like Steve Jobs (because of her high neck swimsuit) while he (attempted to) hit on her.
