The Voice season 22 is gearing up for its season premiere on September 19th, with new coach Camilla Cabello stirring up trouble with her fellow coaches as they battle it out for the best singers to be on their team.
Like many other talent shows, contestants who don't finish first place often become successful recording artists and songwriters. Still, others disappear entirely from the public eye and leave their music careers behind. This remains true for the contestants of season 21 as they have moved on from The Voice and a new crop of talent take on the popular singing show.
Holly Forbes
Holly Forbes stunned the judges with her four-chair turn-worthy performance of "Rocket Man" by Elton John, and while it seemed Holly would make it to the finale, she didn't drum up enough votes to make it past the top 10.

Jeremy Rosado
While there are many things about The Voice that fans think are fake, one thing that couldn't be fabricated was Jeremy Rosado's talent. Since being on the NBC show, Rosado has announced that he has been signed to a record contract with Capitol's Christian music division, which may not have happened if he won the show.

Lana Scott
Lana Scott has had a lot going on since she was eliminated from the top eight of The Voice. According to her Instagram (@ameasureoflana), the country singer has released her first single, "Country Girl Guarantee," has gotten engaged, and is still doing live performances.
The singer's unique voice has characteristics that captured the attention of The Voice, Blake Shelton, and made her stand out from other country artists on the radio. Even though she didn't take home the trophy, Lana's career is set for stardom.
Jim & Sasha Allen
As The Voice has grown as a series, the show has become more open to letting duos and groups audition, which is not often seen on many other talent shows that focus on singing. Jershika Maple
Jershika Maple had one of the most powerful blind auditions in recent The Voice history with her soulful and swoony voice. Even though she didn't win one of the best TV talent shows of all time, Maple hasn't let the loss affect her love of music or her pursuit of making a living as a musician.

Hailey Mia
Hailey Mia is one of the youngest people, at just 13, to compete in the adult version of The Voice and stunned the judges with her powerful voice at such a young age. Since being knocked out of the show after making it to the top four, the teenager has announced on her Instagram (@officialhaileymia) that her debut single is on the way.

Season 21 of The Voice may feature the most Christian-based singers of any season, with Paris Winningham coming from a church background. Girl Named Tom
As fans of The Voice know, winning the show does not guarantee automatic success for the artists; however, Girl Named Tom doesn't seem to be struggling to make a name for themselves outside the show.
