Pokémon has long been one of the most successful anime and video game franchises, but it isn't always easy to find the full series online to binge. In recent years, the series has seen its various seasons split up across numerous streaming platforms. As a result, if you don't own the series on DVD or Blu-Ray, you'll need multiple subscriptions to watch every season.
In Japan this April, Pokémon will kick off its twenty-seventh season, spinning off its current series, Pokémon Horizon. A North American release has yet to be announced, so there's still plenty of time to catch up on the newest adventures. Now would also be a great time to see where the series began and experience Ash's original adventures across several regions.

A Breakdown of Pokémon Streaming & What to Expect
Keep an Eye on Rotating Offerings!
Although several different streaming sites offer Pokémon seasons, there is currently no centralized location to binge the entire series. Additionally, these offerings are regularly changing. For example, Amazon Prime continuously rotates the seasons that are included in its service. Previously, Pokémon: Black and White and Pokémon: XY were available to watch there, but have since been made into only rentable series. As a result, keeping an eye on Amazon Prime's offerings is highly recommended, particularly since a season currently being watched could shift out and become unavailable at times. Pokémon TV is likely to go into a broader rotation of offerings in the future. Previously, a Pokémon TV feature was available on the official website for the franchise. However, it was eventually removed, leaving fans without very many free options for viewing. It's return via YouTube is very welcome, providing original fans and newcomers to the franchise to revisit and experience the early beginnings of Ash Ketchum and his trusted companion Pikachu. Keeping an eye on streaming rotations and Pokémon TV offerings will provide the widest range of viewing options for the series as a whole.
