Spoilers for Flashpoint Beyond #6In a surprise end to the Flashpoint Beyond miniseries, a new DC hero is introduced as Nostalgia officially makes her debut, taking on Ozymandias from Watchmen's persona. In Flashpoint Beyond #6, the comic ends with Cleopatra Park, previously teased as an obsessive fan of Ozymandias, getting her own superhero suit as she works alongside the clone of Bubastis while looking for a mysterious new character called The Watchman.

The Watchmen and DC Universe recently collided in Doomsday Clock from Geoff Johns and Gary Franks as several characters from the Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons story reappear alongside DC heroes and villains in search of Doctor Manhattan. The event ended with Dr. Manhattan powers to a boy named Clark, the child of Mime and Marionette, who was to be raised by Laurie Juspeczyk (Silk Spectre) and Daniel Dreiberg (Owlman). Now, a narrative thread from Doomsday Clock is being surprisingly revisited with a new hero named Nostalgia.

In Flashpoint Beyond #6 by Geoff Johns, Tim Sheridan, Jeremy Adams, Mikel Janin, Gary Frank, Romulo Fajardo Jr., Jordie Bellaire, Brad Anderson, and Rob Leigh from DC Comics, the attention focuses on the Flashpoint Universe being saved to the Timemasters worrying about fixing the timeline as they mention they have "Nostalgia to worry about." That's when the comic cuts to a new hero wearing the same colors as Ozymandias, as Cleopatra Park, last seen in Doomsday Clock as a young orphan said to be obsessed with the rise and fall of the Watchmen character debuts as Nostalgia, with a clone Bubastis by her side.

Making the new DC hero's debut even more mysterious is the 16-year-old and her clone cat are trying to gain the attention of a god, as Nostalgia tries to break into the I.F. subtractor Dr. Manhattan was created from. After failing to break in, Nostalgia tells Bubastis that she will need another way to find "The Watchman." Is she referring to Dr. Manhattan? or is Clark from Doomsday Clock adopted that moniker for himself? It's unclear, but an incredibly interesting tease to end Flashpoint Beyond.

Much like the new Dr. Manhattan being teased at the end of Doomsday Clock, Nostalgia is seemingly the new Ozymandias in the Watchmen/DC Universe. However, readers will have to wait to learn more about the new hero and what Cleopatra Park's mission in finding "The Watchman" is truly about, as they are only given a small preview of the character's journey by the issue's end. Readers can see Nostalgia and the Watchmen universe return in Flashpoint Beyond #6, which is in comic book stores now.
