Tia Carrere states that she would be on board for Wayne World 3. The Hawaiian actress co-starred in the original Wayne's World film, and reprised her role as Cassandra for Wayne’s World 2. Twenty-five years after the sequel, Carrere is hoping for a third installment.
Based on the popular Rob Lowe. Meanwhile, Wayne begins a relationship with Cassandra, the singer of a local band. Cassandra is portrayed by the aforementioned Carrere.

On the YouTube show “Bohemian Rhapsody,” most notably the line “Scaramouch, Scaramouch will you do the Fandango.” From there, the conversation shifts to “movie number 3” and whether Carrere would be interested. The actress states, “Of course I would be on board! Are you kidding?” The host then questions Carrere about a possible Cassandra storyline involving Wayne and Garth, prompting her to say, “if they're still living in a basement somewhere, it's just sad.” Later, Carrere says, “let’s figure it out,” and sparks a call to action for screenwriters Bonnie and Terry Turner, both of whom co-wrote Wayne’s World and Wayne’s World 2 with Myers. Over the past 25 years, Carrere has maintained a consistent career in both television and feature films. However, the actress’ most notable mainstream roles came during the ‘90s and early 2000s, as she starred in James Cameron’s Donald Trump. Now, Carrere seems ready to reignite her mainstream film career with Wayne’s World 3.
Considering the pop culture legacy of the Wayne’s World franchise, a third film does seem likely. Still, the sequel barely sured its $40 million budget at the box office. So, for Wayne’s World 3 to happen, it would need to align with current trends.
