After they hooked up, she ignored Kyle because she was worried her father would be disappointed in her actions. Barbie continued to it she didn’t usually date deckhands and was unsure if they would last.

While it was clear that Captain Kerry and Chief Stew Fraser Olender were on board, it’s been speculated Kyle was also on the superyacht in the video. Additional pictures posted by Reddit Darcybby show a still of Kyle in a camera monitor filming for the season.

While his return to the franchise hasn’t been confirmed, it would make sense for Captain Kerry to bring him back. Kyle knows how his captain runs superyachts and has prior experience working on St. David. Aside from his skills as a deckhand, he became a fan-favorite crew member during his stint on Below Deck season 11. He was incredibly unproblematic throughout the season, and there’s no good reason Kyle shouldn’t return.

Since Below Deck season 11, Kyle has been traveling and moving on from his relationship with Barbie. The deckhand was a beloved crew member during his time on the show, hinting that he could return for future appearances with the franchise.
