Noor is one of the most important characters in The Night Agent's cast for the second season of Netflix's action thriller, lending her talents to help create one of the show's most nuanced characters. Noor suffers a great deal throughout her episodes, experiencing panic and grief as she's forced into positions she never imagined herself in, treading the lines of loyalty between two countries, with her only focus being to protect her family.

Noor begins the season as an aide at the Iranian embassy, though the twist is that she has family living back in her home country for whom she's seeking asylum. To do so, she offers the US Government inside info on Iran in hopes that they'll help her mother and brother exit the country. This goal connects her to Night Action, who are investigating a deal related to a mysterious weapons initiative called intelligence broker Jacob Monroe has recently made an exchange with the Iranian embassy.

With Javad targeting her, the discovery of the Iranian dissidents list, and the death of her brother, Noor undergoes more stress in The Night Agent season 2 than most people experience in a lifetime, constantly in a life-and-death situation. She still manages to pull through, allowing her to reunite with her mother in the United States and be given a fresh start.

After Noor and her mother are granted their citizenship, audiences get a glimpse of her working at the library at Illinois State University. Rose tracks Noor down toward the end of the finale, meeting her at the library to catch up on how she's doing. Noor expresses regret about what happened to Farhad, saying he might have loved living in the US had he given it a chance. Rose offers her condolences, and Noor accepts them despite the complexity of the situation and her previous anger toward Night Action for lying about her brother's death.

Details and information about The Night Agent season 3 are minimal right now, given that season 2 just released on streaming and viewers are still catching up on the show. That being said, there are a few tidbits to speculate on regarding season 3's story. Season 2 returned with almost an entirely fresh cast, suggesting that the series will continue to work almost like an anthology, hitting the reset button each season for new ing characters and antagonists surrounding Peter and Rose.

Netflix has already renewed The Night Agent for season 3!

The Night Agent season 3 can be expected to have mostly new characters. However, the narrative has already set up Jacob Monroe and Catherine Weaver to return, so it's not impossible for Noor to come back as well. The Night Agent showrunner Shawn Ryan met with EW about Arienne Mandi's role in the series, saying, "All my writers came back from set just raving about the job she did, and so I'm certainly open to more of Noor." Given that the character was so well-received, chances are they'll find a way to bring her back.
