EDITOR'S NOTE: This article is for Wordle answer #359; the June 13th Wordle answer is available now.
A new day brings a new Wordle does provide a Hard Mode that can be turned on in the options menu before starting the game. This mode simply adds some rules to the basic game and stops players from reusing letters that have been previously proven incorrect. Hard Mode requires a little more critical thinking but provides a great way to lower the number of attempts it takes to get the correct word for the day.
Despite being a common word, today's Wordle answer could still throw a few players. One thing that should help is that the word itself doesn't fall into the pile of five-letter words with the same prefix or suffixes. Words that end in 'ING' or 'ED' can cause quick losses in Wordle since there are so many possibilities just based before those few letters. It's easy to waste every guess on a possible answer when there are plenty to choose from. Today's Wordle word won't cause that kind of stress and should be simple enough for most players to get before their fourth or fifth guess.

Today's Wordle Answer (June 12th #357)
Today's Wordle answer is FLOAT.
A fairly common word, float means to move or hover slowly and lightly in a liquid or the air. For our starting Wordle word, we used IRATE which provided incorrect placement of 'A' and 'T' and a few completely incorrect letters. For our second attempt, we used TALON, this gave us two more letters 'L' and 'O' and more incorrect placements of the original two. After staring at the screen for a while we deduced that it could really only be a few possible answers, so for our third guess we went with BLOAT, this solidified our theory and opened us up to get a win-in-four with FLOAT.
