Unfortunately, Rick and Morty season 8’s new episodes won’t be dropping on the popular adult animated TV show’s season 8 teaser from March 31 (via Adult Swim), Rick and Morty season 8 will begin streaming on HBO Max and Hulu starting September 1, 2025.

Since Rick and Morty’s season 8 finale is set to air on Adult Swim on Sunday, July 27, 2025, that means there will be a five-week gap between the end of the season’s linear run and its streaming arrival on HBO Max and Hulu. That delay aligns with the streaming release strategy for Rick and Morty season 7, which concluded on Adult Swim on December 17, 2023 before the entire season hit Max on January 22, 2024.
