Depending on how closely Amazon Prime Video's adaptation of just eight Forsaken, and we already know who seven of them are: Moghedien, Ishamael, Sammael, Lanfear, Rahvin, Graendal, and Semirhage. That leaves one as a mystery.
A common element with the Forsaken in The Wheel of Time is that they disguise themselves throughout the world in positions of power. We already saw that Rahvin has disguised himself as Lord Gaebril, bringing himself closer to the Lion Throne of Andor. We also know that the Dark One hid agents in the White Tower, with Liandrin and the Black Ajah revealing their hand early in season 3. However, they might not have been the only threats against the light hiding among the Aes Sedai.

Mesaana Disguised Herself As An Aes Sedai Named Danelle
Siuan Sanche's story in The Shadow Rising is a bit different from what happens in The Wheel of Time season 3's ending, mainly due to the fact that Siuan doesn't die. That said, the event of her being stilled happens in both. Though it isn't revealed at the time, the Forsaken Mesaana is present when Siuan Sanche is stilled and imprisoned in the novel, which means she could have been there in the show. In the novels, Mesaana is disguised as a member of the Brown Ajah named Danelle, who becomes a loyal ally to Elaida.

Danelle was an actual member of the Aes Sedai whom Mesaana captured, questioned, and then murdered, before stealing her identity and posing as her in the White Tower. Though it isn't discovered until Towers of Midnight, the reveal of Mesaana being Danelle earlier in the saga importantly shows just how foolish Elaida's coup was. Elaida isn't a Dark Friend, but she's so convinced that she's serving the Light that she believes anyone standing in her way must be eliminated. This makes her even more dangerous, in a way, and it speaks volumes that a Forsaken would her disruption.
Could Mesaana Be The Last Missing Forsaken In The Show?
Asmodean Is The Commonly Believed Choice, But It's Hard To Say
At this point, it's difficult to say precisely what direction The Wheel of Time TV series is headed. The popular theory is that the eighth Forsaken is Asmodean, due to the statue we saw of a Forsaken with a musical instrument in season 1. No matter which Forsaken is chosen to be the final one in the TV series, it will mean five others being omitted, and that means five enormous ripple effects on the story. Mesaana arguably has one of the least integral arcs in the novels, so she seems like an easy character to remove.
Wheel Of Time Season 3's Rahvin Twist Complicates The Show's Setup For Elayne's Warder
Elayne's Warder was set up earlier in The Wheel of Time show, but one season 3 change makes the character's introduction more complicated.
Mesaana's most notable contributions to the Dark One's side are done through the manipulation of Elaida, including Rand's capture. This is a drastic event, but it's one that can be done without Forsaken influence. Elaida already seems to be talking with the Finn races in the Wheel of Time TV show, which could replace Mesaana as her outside influence. The benefit of having Mesaana, however, is that it would introduce a new character in the White Tower, giving the show a reason to have scenes there in season 4.
Amazon's version of The Wheel of Time has developed a reputation for throwing book readers for a loop, so it's possible the hints at Asmodean are misdirection. He plays a massive role in The Fires of Heaven, which should be the material for season 4 to adapt. However, there are already several Forsaken that the TV show will need to deal with next season, and it'd be strange to add him to the pile.
