Team Alpha on the Netflix show Alaskan Bush People: How Much Family Get Paid To Do The Show
Outlast's Team Alpha Played Dirty
Not too far into the game, a move made by the Alpha Team changed the entire way the contest would be played. Jill Ashock, Justin Court, and Amber Asay resorted to being real-life bullies, as they turned to diabolical moves to try and get their fellow contestants to withdraw from that game. It became clear that playing nice wasn't this team's strong suit. On Day 16, Team Alpha made their move and swooped in to ransack Team Delta's campsite.
Why Steal Equipment On Outlast?
The move was uncomfortable to watch, as production sat back and let it happen. Team Alpha decided that instead of waiting for the other Outlast teams to tap out, they would force their hand by stealing equipment. What came as a surprise was that both Amber and Jill had spoken about their past, noting they had dealt with some inhumane people along the way. However, neither batted an eye after Justin came back from his stealth mission. As the girls cackled, Justin had rafted over while Dawn Nelson and Joel Hungate were berry picking, camouflaged, and ready to destroy their camp.
The idea that one million dollars was worth more than a human's life didn't sit well with the other Outlast players. The nighttime temperature in Alaska had dropped to subfreezing temperatures, meaning there was a real chance Dawn and Joel could get hypothermia. The idea of putting two people's lives in danger was despicable, and the only silver lining was that, in the end, Outlast's Team Alpha ended up turning on themselves.
