every mount is available just yet, but there's information about some future mounts that will be coming to the game when various in-game seasons start. Aside from that, there are quite a few new mounts that are already available, granted players know how to pick them up.
From world boss drops to faction reputation rewards, there are a few dozen new mounts to choose from in The War Within. However, some options are just recolors of each other, which isn't bad, but it doesn't make the mounts more unique. Recolors can be perfect for matching a mount to a specific set of gear, though.
10 The Swarmite Skyhunter Combines A Spider With A Bat
Complete Glyph Hunter Achievements
The Swarmite Skyhunter mount is among those already available in The War Within. It's a reward for the Khaz Algar Glyph Hunter Achievement, which requires completing the other Glyph Hunter Achievements for the new zones. Since the main campaign quests take the player through each of the zones added in the expansion, it's possible to pick up all the glyphs while working on those quests.
The mount itself feels like it's been plucked out of Azj-Kahet, where there's no shortage of insect NPCs that are both friend and foe. For all its creepiness, the Swarmite Skyhunter is somehow a bit cute, too.
There's a total of 40 Skyriding Glyphs on the Isle of Dorn and Khaz Algar, so each zone has about 10 glyphs. As a result, gathering them is a quick process, whether done in one go or done leisurely while questing. The mount itself feels like it's been plucked out of Azj-Kahet, where there's no shortage of insect NPCs that are both friend and foe. For all its creepiness, the Swarmite Skyhunter is somehow a bit cute, too.
9 Shalba Would Like Siesbarg Taken Off Her Hands
A Long Ordeal That Starts With A Vial Of Tka'ktath's Blood
Siesbarg's appearance is difficult to describe. He seems to be a mixture of multiple creatures put together like an Azj-Kahet-style rendition of Frankenstein's monster, and considering the City of Threads, it's possible that he was the subject of experiments. What sort of creature Siesbarg is might not be known, but how to get him as a mount in-game certainly is.
To get Siesbarg, a series of events need to be done first, and the starting event alone can be incredibly frustrating because of the slow spawn time for the NPC that drops the required item. A Vial of Tka'ktath's Blood is needed to start the chain that leads to acquiring Siesbarg. That item leads to a quest that requires 1,500 Nerubian Chitin, which then leads to a quest to get 500 Nerubian Blood. It's a long ordeal that involves a lot of patience and grinding.
8 The Dauntless Imperial Lynx Is A Stylish Ground Mount
A Chance To Drop From Any Lamplighter Supply Satchel
Unfortunately, the Dauntless Imperial Lynx is limited to being on the ground, so it's not possible to use it while Skyriding, or even when using the steady flight option. That alone can be a deciding factor in whether somebody wants to put in the effort to grab this mount or not, and the game has reached a point where mounts that can't fly essentially feel obsolete. However, it's also possible to collect this mount without trying to, even if it has an abysmal drop rate.

One New WoW: The War Within Feature Guarantees Epic Items Every Week
Players can claim two weekly caches of Epic gear by completing certain quests in World of Warcraft: The War Within if they know what to look out for.
The Dauntless Imperial Lynx has a chance to drop from any Lamplighter Supply Satchel, but the odds of getting it seem to be around one percent. These satchels are rewards for completing quests as part of Spreading the Light in Hallowfall, which are the various quests that revolve around lighting keyflames. Then, NPCs offer quests when certain flames are lit, and these have chances to give a satchel as a reward.
7 Charge Ahead With A Slatestone Ramolith
Complete The War Within Mission And Some Extras
A ram made of stone is the perfect reward for an achievement that unlocks the Earthen as an Allied Race, and that's exactly how the Slatestone Ramolith is acquired. For the sake of fairness, this achievement wasn't obtainable until after the full release of the game, which prevented Early Access players from being able to pick up the new race ahead of time. By extension, that meant that the Slatestone Ramolith was also unavailable.
Specifically, Mourning Rise, Broken Tools, and Merrix and Steelvein also need to be completed before the Slatestone Ramolith can be unlocked.
However, both the Earthen as a race and the Slatestone Ramolith are now available. The achievement to get them is Allied Races: Earthen, and it requires the completion of The War Within main campaign, as well as a few extra storylines. Specifically, Mourning Rise, Broken Tools, and Merrix and Steelvein also need to be completed before the Slatestone Ramolith can be unlocked.
6 Get A Siesbarg Recolor With The Sureki Skyrazor
A Non-Guaranteed Drop From Queen Ansurek
Unlike Siesbarg, the Sureki Skyrazor isn't yet available as a mount in-game. Instead, it'll become available when Nerub-ar Palace is released as a raid, and it drops from Queen Ansurek. However, it seems like it won't be a guaranteed drop, which means that it'll be harder to pick up, considering that raids reset once a week, and multiple players will likely be rolling for it.
The Sureki Skyrazor is described as being a product of the experiments that Queen Ansurek conducted using the Black Blood of the Old Gods. Unlike her mother, Queen Ansurek fell into Xal'atath's influence, believing that her power would help make the Nerubians into the great empire they used to be. Although her core desire was to help her people, Queen Ansurek effectively doomed them by choosing to Xal'atath's side.
5 No Taking Candles, But The Crimson Mudnose Can Be Taken
Increase Renown With The Assembly Of The Deeps
As an item that can be purchased from a Renown Quartermaster, the Crimson Mudnose requires a bit of patience to get. It can't be used until reaching Renown 19 with the Assembly of the Deeps. Increasing Renown with this faction is done mostly by completing quests in The Ringing Deeps, especially World Quests, once they're unlocked. It helps that some World Quests reward additional reputation for completion, as well.

World Of Warcraft Brings Back One Of Its Best Dungeon Raids For 20th Anniversary Event
One of the best raid dungeons from World of Warcraft is making a comeback for the game's 20-year anniversary event, along with many other updates.
The Crimson Mudnose is a mole-like creature favored by kobolds. The Horde and Alliance rarely have kobolds as allies; instead, they consider them enemies that need to be removed. However, The War Within has kobolds in The Ringing Deeps ally with the Earthen since these groups find that they have a common enemy, and both of them are dealing with the effects of Xal'atath's influence on their people.
4 Explore The Skies With The Delver's Dirigible
A Reward From "Ship It!" Quest
Technology exists in World of Warcraft, and airships have existed alongside other vehicles, such as trains and mechanical mounts, since the original release of the game in 2004. However, that technology doesn't often get turned into mounts that can be used by the player population, and even the mechanical striders are limited to Gnomes and Dwarves because of their size. But now The War Within comes with the chance for everybody to have their own little airship.
This quest is available from Brann Bronzebeard after speaking with him about Bountiful Delves, which has a triangle around the quest icon, making it easy to spot.
The Delver's Dirigible is designed by Dagran, and it's a reward from the Level 80 quest "Ship It!" This quest is available from Brann Bronzebeard after speaking with him about Bountiful Delves, which has a triangle around the quest icon, making it easy to spot. As a result, it's quick and easy to pick up this mount, and it mostly requires talking to a few NPCs after hitting Level 80.
3 The Smoldering Cinderbee Is Probably Safe To Ride
Purchase From A Renown Quartermaster
The Smoldering Cinderbee is another item that can be purchased from a Renown Quartermaster. Once at Renown 23, this mount can be picked up from Auditor Balwurz, who fills the role of quartermaster for the Council of Dornogal. In the mount's description, the Council of Donogal assures that the Smoldering Cinderbee is (mostly) safe to ride. Considering the Council of Dornogal is filled with Earthen, the smoldering portion of this mount is probably safe for them to ride.
Mixing cute with intimidating, the Smoldering Cinderbee has lines of fire on its body, but its wings are gorgeous with an orange-red glow. But just like the Crimson Mudnose, it'll take a bit of time to gain the Renown needed to purchase the mount. Luckily, there tends to be a good number of World Quests and normal quests on the Isle of Dorn, where completing them rewards Council of Dorn reputation.
2 Harness The Power Of Storms With Alunira
Remove Alunira Shield Combining Crackling Shards With A Storm Vessel
Flying around the peak of the mountain in the southwest corner of the Isle of Dorn is Alunira. She shows up on the minimap when a player is close enough, but the storm shield around her makes it impossible to damage her. Luckily, there's a way to remove her shield in order to defeat her and hope that she drops as a mount.

WoW: The War Within Is The Expansion I’ve Been Waiting 16 Years For
World of Warcraft has managed to survive for two decades, and The War Within is the expansion that it needed to help it continue into the future.
Removing Alunira's shield first requires picking up ten Crackling Shards, which have a chance to drop from any enemy on the Isle of Dorn. It's a small chance, so it can take several hours to get ten shards. These ten shards can be combined into a Storm Vessel, which removes the shield around Alunira. Right now, the mount will only drop for the player who uses a Storm Vessel to remove the shield.
1 Rise A Massive Voidwalker With Beledar's Spawn
Dropped From The Rare Enemy Beledar
Beledar's Spawn is a mount that looks similar to a giant Voidwalker, but with extra flair, that's dropped from the rare enemy also called Beledar's Spawn. When the star in Hallowfall shifts from light to darkness, Beledar's Spawn appears. The downside is that the mount has a small droprate of around four percent, and the mount dies quickly once spawned, as a fair number of players are all trying to get this mount right now.
Beledar shifts to darkness about every three hours of real time, and this cycle starts an hour after the daily reset time. To make getting this mount even more difficult, Beledar's Spawn has multiple possible locations where it can pop up when the star shifts. However, the mount does look cool, so it might be worth farming it to add to the Warband mount collection.
This is only a fraction of the mounts that are new to World of Warcraft with the addition of The War Within. Not every new mount is available just yet, particularly the ones that will be rewards for limited events like arena seasons or ones that will be dropped from raids that haven't been implemented in World of Warcraft: The War Within.
