Hit Game Of Thrones’ series ended last year with many fans of the series disappointed with its creative decision and condensed story. It is, however, one of the best serial drama ever in the history of drama. It received acclaim for its big cast, several plots, story arcs, production values and the professionalism of the actors.

It has many characters with great plots that can be discussed. From Little Finger who thinks he is the most cunning man, even to Missandei who is the crush of many fans that appreciate natural beauty. Game of Thrones is just too big to discuss in 1400 words. However, we have chosen Euron Greyjoy as a subject.

Here are the 10 worst things he did in the drama:

He Used The Ironborn As Bait

The Ironborn are people of the Iron Islands. They are strong-willed people but maybe not too wise. Euron came back, from exile, cajoling and boasting to them about how he has seen all the world: he traveled to Asshai; how he sailed the smoking seas; and that he even walked on the smoking ruins of Valyria.

Who wouldn't want to follow a man who has seen half of the world? They believed he has the experience and wisdom to lead them, but he was just being cunning. As a pirate himself and the captain of The Silence, he needed their ships, not them. Euron could carve out their eyes when he feels they are expendable.

He Killed Rhaegal Targaryen

Euron Greyjoy

No one dares to haul a stone at a dragon but Euron shot an arrow at one. One of the most heartbreaking scenes of Game Of Thrones, where an arrow with the size of a spear pierced Rhaegals heart and throat in mid-air, made some fragile fans of the series cry. One minute, he was elegant, soaring, and commanding presence and the next minute he plummeted to the deep of the sea. A feat he and the Night King shares the accolade.

Fans of Game of Thrones and Daenerys won’t forgive Euron for that vicious act. He has done many bad things but this can't be forgotten, it caught Danny’s fandom unawares. Why would you kill Danny’s baby?

He Rapes His Younger Brother, Aeron

Aeron, the drowning priest, was Euron’s younger brother. He fears Euron a lot; why? He drunkenly assaults him when they were little. He did it with no remorse and it terrified Aeron for his whole life; no wonder he objected against naming Euron king.

Euron is cruel to his family as a whole, He has a whole lot in common with King Nero. It is okay to say he is a savage as it is his qualification. He deserves all the bashing he gets. Yes! Fans of Game of Thrones know Euron is crazy, he is best-fit for rehab.

He Raped His Brother’s Wife

His brother, Victarion, wanted to kill him for this act but killing one’s kinsman is a punishable sin. Euron, however, was banished from the Iron Islands. He went on a rampage across the world: he raped, robbed, stole, and killed. Euron is a baddie, he was born to be a baddie. He does it so naturally, that one might start to believe he has a reason.

But No! no one should believe someone like that, it will end in tears. People like Euron are meant to be banished, never to be seen again.

He Killed Balon Greyjoy

He started practicing his evil vices with his family. From raping Aeron and Victarion's wife to killing Balon.

Euron showed up a day after Balon’s death so that the Ironborns wouldn’t suspect him. He is a master schemer and evildoer, he does bad things with ease. The drama series didn’t portray him well, fans who read the book A Song Of Ice and Fire know that Aaron Ramsay and Joffrey Baratheon’s evil cant be compared to Euron’s. They need to watch him and learn how to be a baddie. He was a different kind of evil.

He Wounded Jamie Lannister

Jamie, an evil man to one who later reminisced his evil ways and tried his best to reconcile. He may not have been a sweetheart of the Game of Thrones fandom in the early installments of the drama but he later found his way to the bottom of their hearts. The light of his goodwill and kind heart still radiates even when the drama has concluded.

However, Euron wouldn’t stop his killing escapade. He was jealous of Jamie for having Cersei to himself and he didn’t want it to be. He mortally wounded Jamie in the drama.

He Colluded With Cersei

Cersei! He just wants some booty and the Iron Throne, not you. Cersei needed ships, and Euron had thousands he can give for free if Cersei can dance to his tune. Cersei could have gotten it from somewhere else, the Golden Company, but she was running broke and out of time, she needed a fast solution.

She knew she could get it by just letting Euron have a taste of her and she did. She promised to marry him after the war but Game of Thrones fandom know she has eyes only for her brother Jamie.

He Sent Theon And Yara On Exile

Yara was leading the Iron Islands before Euron showed up. He set out to kill Theon and Yara since they didn’t agree that he should be king. But they fled before he could do so and never returned.

Theon is an acclaimed coward and a foolish man who is reaping the fruits of the bad things he did. He changed his ways but karma has a way of doing things. Yara is a brave woman, she accepted to lead the Ironborn, a task that isn’t for the faint-hearted. But they had to accept their losses and flee.

He Forced Aeron To Drink Shade Of The Evening

Euron believes he is meant to be more. He knew he had a great future ahead of him, the future of bad things though. He made his brother drink Shade of the Evening, a potion that makes men who drink it see terrifying dreams.

Aeron saw his brother sitting on a pile of skulls and also the Iron Throne. Perhaps, this is one of the reasons he lobbied with the ones people thought were the right heir to the Iron Throne: Daenerys Stormborne and Cersei Lannister. He thought he could marry them and the take the throne.

He Removed The Tongues Of The Men Who Saved Him From Drowning

Who kills the one that tries to save his life? No one but a vicious, crazy fellow. Euron carved out the tongues of his lifesavers because they saved him from drowning. This man just won't stop being an animal.

He then made them serve him as mutes as crews on his ship, The Silence. Why didn’t they gang up and kill him? He must have terrified them a lot. It's not surprising, who bears the name Crow's Eye if not for a cold, brutal and refined baddie. The Euron in the drama is a far cry from the one in the books.
